The Certified Training Academy comprises of five main area's, which are a fully equiped free weights section for Strength, power and mass. A fully equiped functional training area and a fully equiped MMA suit. An Olympic lifting platform area and our private class / personal training studio. Our aim is to make your every visit as personal as it can be. We have no interest in getting as many people through the doors as possible to hit monthly targets etc. It's all about making it personal and getting the result's, not the money...
