Bluecoats Toning Centre is a ladies-only Health and Fitness facility located in Hertford. We provide an advanced and fully supported, low-impact, assisted exercise system for all women over the age of 18 to improve their fitness, health and well-being, through the use of the latest technology toning tables and chairs from Shapemaster. A sanctuary – not a gym – our mission is to create a women-focussed environment that promotes inch-loss and confidence gain, free from stresses and intimidation. Our passion is helping you to achieve the figure and shape you have always wanted. The Bluecoats Team are trained to help ladies with varying degrees of mobility and fitness to tone up and feel good.
