Established in 2006, Neil Douglas is an independent residential block management company. We pride ourselves in our high level of customer service and as block managers we work hard to build long-term, positive working relationships with directors of management companies and home owners. 

We offer a different approach to residential property management. We believe property owners - not freeholders, or developers - should oversee the management of shared areas, and be empowered to make their own decisions with the guidance of their residents management company. Our mission is to protect and enhance the quality of life of leaseholders, owners and residents of every development we manage, right from our very first meeting.
