A True Family Business. We make our Pizza dough everyday & let it rest for up to 48 hours before we hand stretch them to create your unique pizza at 400+°C to get that real Neopolitan taste. All of our Main ingrediencies are imported direct from Italy with the exception of our fresh fruit and veg which is sourced locally. Our Cookie dough is also made daily which and baked in our amazing fire Pizza Oven. As a family we believe in fresh, that is why the only thing we freeze is our Gelato & Smoothies.
