Over these last years we kept running into problems associated with live chat and chatbot solutions. Complexities in setup, vendor lock-in, lack of channel support, bad bots, expensive and siloed live chat systemsÂ… and so on. So we built something to fix these, something to quickly and inexpensively ease the complexities of an organisationÂ’s chat ecosystem. We call it The Captivate Hub and it exists to stop conversational dead ends.
