I have spent my working life in the Health and Wellness sector, whether it be in A & E as a Nurse, or helping terminally ill patients cope with anxiety, pain or depression or educating employees on stress and anxiety management in a large corporate establishment. Improving people's lives will always be my work ethic and passion. I now use all my life lessons and experience and excellent advanced training to be able to offer Life Coaching, Relationship Coaching and Anxiety Management sessions to help those who are struggling to find their way ahead through this frantic maze of life we live in. I'm a fully Certified Coach and Member of the Association For Coaching and have trained with the very best trainers and I love bringing out the best in people! My Practice is in South Oulton Broad, Lowestoft and is in a private and professional Coaching Room. You can enjoy personalised 1 to 1 sessions or Virtual sessions.
