Person Centred Counselling & Psychotherapy. Talking things through in counselling can often really help us find our own solutions, meanings and ways forward. I aim to listen to my clients with acceptance, warmth, openness and a freedom from judgement that can restore a sense of perspective, identity and equilibrium. I endeavour to respect the specific needs and personal culture of each individual. I am experienced in open ended, long term and time limited counselling and work with individuals, young people 16 and over and adults of all ages.
