Hi my name is Zoё Turnecliff and IÂ’m the owner of my business called CAKE. I have been baking for many years for family and friends and because I love it so much, I decided to pursue it professionally. I create stunning handmade bespoke wedding / celebration cakes and cupcakes using high quality ingredients, resulting in delicious tasting products, in various flavours, colours and sizes, traditional or contemporary. I can also cater for any dietary requirements and endeavour to satisfy your requests. I also make macaroons, various biscuits and cookies, fruit loaves, cheesecakes and lots lots more for any occasion! I cater for weddings providing not only the main cake, but also wedding favours, gifts, thank-youÂ’s in any colour or style to match the theme of your big day. So not to be disappointed, itÂ’s advisable to give as much notice as possible when ordering as my diary fills up quickly, but I will endeavour to help if I can with any last minute orders! My aim is to deliver top quality products with a friendly service at very competitive prices. IÂ’m happy to answer any cake enquiries regarding possible future orders. I have a ‘Level 2 Award in Safety in CateringÂ’ certificate, a certificate in ‘Cake Decorating and Sugar FlowersÂ’, I have also won a bronze medal and certificate in a Sugar Flower competition at the Hospitality Show held at the NEC, Birmingham. I have worked in a Pastry Kitchen at one of the top hotels in Birmingham and I have also volunteered at the Cake International Show on a stand sponsored by Renshaws. Deposits are required on all orders over £50. 00 Cake delivery and set-up can be arranged upon request.

From April 2012 CAKE. Has been a registered business with the Coventry City Council. My kitchen is based in a smoke and pet free home, itÂ’s also licensed and scored in the Food Standards Agency a rating of 5 / 5 gold stars for hygiene which is the maximum.
