Switalskis Family Mediation offers divorcing and separating couples an alternative and less costly way than going through the courts, to sort out disputes about children, finances and property. Our experienced Mediators work with couples going through relationship breakdown to have positive discussions and find workable solutions to disagreements that both sides are happy with. Agreements that have been reached together have the best chance of lasting long-term. Legal aid may be available in some cases. Mediation offers an alternative way forward. It is usually cheaper, quicker and, we like to think, more effective at resolving relationship breakdown. We are skilled in bringing out the issues and mediating between the parties with a focus on an end result that will satisfy everyone involved.
