Established in 1999 as IC Resources, the IC Group has grown into a technical recruitment agency including 4 portfolio companies. These offer specialist engineering recruitment services and technical executive search in well defined market sectors. We offer over 300 "person years" of combined industry and recruitment expertise.

Working with semiconductor, embedded software / DSP, electronics and user experience / UX clients, all of our consultants adhere to the IC GroupÂ’s overriding aim: to be an integral member of the communities in which we operate, rather than an external supplier sitting on the fringes of industry. This may sound a fine distinction, but in fact it informs many of our daily recruitment activities, ensuring that we support the best long term interests of both our candidates and clients.
