All online customers have 7 working days "cooling off period" from delivery, in which to return the item back to our warehouse in accordance to the distance selling act 2000. It is the customers responsibility to make own arrangements to return the item at their own expense in perfect re-saleable condition. A full refund, minus delivery costs will then be processed.
