At change, I offer a safe and confidential place to talk. About your life. About confusing things. About painful things. About uncomfortable things. Counselling gives you the chance to make choices about the changes you want to make in your life.

My method of counselling is focussed on a Humanistic approach called Transactional Analysis, a highly sophisticated method, and is also one of the most accessible and easy to follow theories of modern psychology. I also incorporate elements from Person Centred, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Analytic Therapy. Everyone is different. As more and more research is done into counselling and psychotherapy, it is constantly shown that no one method is sufficient. I will adapt the approach to you – you will not be squeezed into any one way of working.
